Zuckerberg announced them as devices intended to replace smartphones for everyday tasks — from receiving messages and live translations to monitoring workouts. Additionally, there’s a whole suite of tools for developers and content creators designed to open up the ecosystem to new ideas.
Meta Ray-Ban Display – A step toward AR
The most advanced product was the Meta Ray-Ban Display glasses, equipped with a semi-transparent HUD display in one of the lenses. It allows for the display of notifications, maps, translations and conversation previews.
