A candidate sits in front of the camera, answers the questions and submits the recording. A few days later, they receive a rejection. They don’t know that the decision was made before anyone at the company saw their face—the system analyzed speaking rate, pauses and facial expressions, and concluded that the candidate wasn’t a fit.
