In October 2025, Dubai became the hub of global innovation. At GITEX Global and Expand North Star, the two biggest tech events in the world, leaders, startups and investors from 180 countries gathered. There was also a strong presence from Poland, with over 30 representatives organized by the AI&More Community, which brings together managers, entrepreneurs and artificial intelligence experts united by a shared passion for technology and a goal to implement real innovations.<\/p>

This year, Poland made a strong showing at GITEX Global and Expand North Star. In addition to regional booths from Lower Silesia and Subcarpathia, Dubai saw the arrival of startups, experts and investors from the AI&More Community. They were not just observers of global trends but were actively engaged in discussions about the direction of AI development. Among them was Daniel Kalinowski, a cybersecurity expert and ethical hacker, who took the stage at GITEX as a speaker, showcasing practical applications of security in the AI era.<\/p>

Thanks to the support of PIIT, PAIH, and the Polish Business Council, the Polish team received valuable organizational and business assistance, including insights into the specifics of operating in the UAE market. The involvement of these organizations opened doors to strategic partnerships in a region where business is built on trust and relationships often forged over years. At events like GITEX Global and Expand North Star, Polish representatives made numerous contacts and participated in many meetings with various entities: Dubai Internet City, Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, PAIH, Polish Business Council, the Polish Embassy in the UAE, and the Ministry of Digital Affairs of Poland. There were also plenty of discussions and business relationships built in a less formal setting. Meetings with the Polish community in Dubai, yacht cruises and joint city activities created space for authentic, valuable connections.<\/p>

This is proof that Poland is no longer just an observer and is increasingly confidently entering the space of international partnerships, exchanging experiences and building its position as a reliable participant in the global innovation ecosystem.<\/p>

The value of community in the AI era<\/strong><\/h4>

In a world where technology is advancing at a breakneck pace, the key to success is no longer just knowledge, but the ability to connect people, skills and ideas. Communities often operate more effectively than formal institutions, and collaboration and trust often yield better results than rigid structures. The participants of this event reaped tangible benefits: they made new contacts, established business relationships and learned about the market dynamics in the UAE. For many, it was the first step toward international expansion and a chance to share experiences with experts and investors from around the globe.<\/p>

The trip was organized by the AI&More community, which builds its activities on four pillars: people, knowledge, collaboration and responsibility. This combination yields tangible results like joint projects, global-scale networking and ideas that transcend the local market. This trip became an example of how a community can act as a technological development accelerator and open doors for its members to the global innovation stage.<\/p>

The Polish AI team’s participation at GITEX Global 2025 and Expand North Star wasn’t just a one-time event but another step in strengthening Poland’s position in the global AI ecosystem. Participants gained new experiences, expanded their network of contacts and started collaborating on upcoming projects. Instead of just watching from the sidelines, there was active participation and a joint effort based on trust and knowledge sharing.<\/p>

Thanks to such initiatives, Poland is gradually strengthening its position in the global tech community. From a country that supplied talent, it’s becoming a partner in creating and implementing AI innovations. The AI&More Community shows that in the era of artificial intelligence, it’s still people and collaboration that hold the greatest value, allowing us to change the world in practical ways.<\/p>
