Six challenges that determine success"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Artificial intelligence is not just a way to automate repetitive tasks but also a tool that allows employees to work faster and more efficiently, even in areas requiring creativity or communication. To fully harness AI&#8217;s potential, organizations need to look at several key areas. While working on our transformational projects, we identified six main challenges that companies are facing.  <\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#82D65E\" class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-color\">1\/6<\/mark> AI READINESS CHECK<\/strong><\/h4><p>One of the main challenges is the lack of organizational readiness. Companies often don&#8217;t know exactly where they are on the digital transformation map. They&#8217;re not aware of their employees&#8217; knowledge about artificial intelligence or their emotional response to new technologies. The solution is to conduct a study that will determine the level of knowledge and skills in this area, identify employees&#8217; concerns and expectations related to new technology, and assess the readiness of systems and processes before integrating the chosen tools. Only through a comprehensive analysis will it be possible to determine how extensive the transformation should be and where to start. Without this step, organizations risk that the implemented solutions won&#8217;t meet the real needs or take into account the employees&#8217; basic concerns.     <\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#82D65E\" class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-color\">2\/6<\/mark> BOARD COMMITMENT<\/strong><\/h4><p>Another important challenge is the lack of support from management. Without the leaders&#8217; involvement, even the best grassroots initiatives have little chance of success. Company executives often see AI as a fad or a technology that&#8217;s not yet mature enough. Therefore, we need to propose workshops or training sessions designed for senior staff that will help them understand the potential of AI and address the significant benefits of implementing new technology from their perspective. Furthermore, the practical aspect is important \u2013 leaders should have the opportunity to start using these types of tools on their own. When management genuinely gets involved in the transformation, change will start from the top, and managers will show their subordinates that AI is a priority for the organization.     <\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#82D65E\" class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-color\">3\/6<\/mark> BUILDING TRUST AND SUPPORTING TEAM ADAPTATION<\/strong><\/h4><p>Most organizations have been doubtful about implementing AI. The most common fear is potentially losing jobs. On top of that, there&#8217;s the worry that learning new technologies is an extra burden that employees don&#8217;t have time for, and that mastering new tools might be too difficult. In this case, the key is a comprehensive approach that combines motivation, education and transparent communication. Introducing events like innovation days or workshops showing the particular benefits of AI proves to be effective. It&#8217;s also worth emphasizing that skills related to using AI are becoming valuable in the job market and increasing the employees\u2019 value.     <\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#82D65E\" class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-color\">4\/6<\/mark> PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS<\/strong><\/h4><p>Transformation also requires acquiring practical knowledge. How to effectively teach skills to hundreds or thousands of employees? Traditional training methods often fail due to their scale. An effective solution requires a comprehensive approach to education. Organizations should carefully select knowledge sources and choose experienced partners. Flexibility and accessibility of platforms and educational tools, as well as engagement-enhancing mechanisms like gamification or certification, seem to be crucial. Our experiences show that with proper planning, you can successfully educate in terms of AI at a large scale.      <\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#82D65E\" class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-color\">5\/6<\/mark> AI AMBASSADORS<\/strong><\/h4><p>During the transformation, ambassadors for change play a major role \u2013 employees who become internal advocates and educators. They speed up the spread of knowledge, mitigate resistance and inspire others. Without these people, transformation often stops at the level of intent. A well-functioning network of ambassadors is a powerful catalyst for transformation.   <\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#82D65E\" class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-color\">6\/6<\/mark> MAINTAINING LONG-TERM ENGAGEMENT<\/strong><\/h4><p>Another significant challenge is maintaining long-term engagement. After the initial enthusiasm, employees often revert back to old habits. At this stage, we need to continue promoting a culture of continuous learning, actively supporting employees as they experiment with new technologies, and providing them with space to share their discoveries, successes and challenges related to using artificial intelligence.  <\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-accent-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-37e5319b192725ab649bc2e39e0ef8cf\"><strong>Don&#8217;t wait for the perfect time!<\/strong><\/h4><p>In a world where artificial intelligence is developing rapidly and becoming more accessible, organizations face a simple choice: adapt and thrive or fall behind. Cultural transformation towards AI is a chance for them to become more efficient. This is also a unique opportunity to strengthen your market position \u2013 for example, by attracting top talent or offering added value to customers.   <\/p><p>AI solutions have stopped being an exclusive advantage of technological giants \u2013 they have become an accessible tool and can be implemented by any organization, provided it&#8217;s ready to take on the challenge. As experience from companies that have already embarked on the transformation path shows, the best time for change was yesterday.
